Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item :

Just as described. the shoe is perfect. I wear size 39 and 40. depending on the type of shoes. But here I ordered 40 and it fit perfectly. shipped in the exact time.
Серые без меха заказала размер 38 (по размерной сетке это 37 наш), но к сожалению пришёл на наш 38. Розовые я заказала маме 39, пришёл на наш 38.

Доставка до Санкт-Петербурга 25 дней. Отслеживалось странно Упаковано хорошо Брала уже такие, только серые и с мехом. Довольна, удобные, тёплые Разве, что подошва быстро разваливается. Так что они не для ношения 24/7. Те, кто носят одну пару обуви каждый день, для вас не подойдёт. Разваляться быстро. Для периодического ношения очень даже На РФ 38 в притык, только с обычным носком, я люблю посвободнее всё-таки. Цвет грязно-розовый, не пудровый, тёмный. В целом, рекомендую
Ботинки красивые. Заказала сестре yellow Plush, размер 37 – говорит, в правой ноге неудобно. Подружке с её 37 подошли. Не знаю, кому верить, поэтому ставлю отлично!)))

I love the color of the shoes, it’s just like the picture. The quality of the outside of the boots is pretty good but when taking the shoes off, bits of fur also come out. Making me think that the fur wasn’t glued right or that the fur might be loose or too delicate. Another thing is that there are holes in one part of the stitching of the outside, which I show in the fifth picture that is a close-up of the front side of the shoe. Both shoes had this hole in the stitching on one side each and it causes the front part of the shoes to bend a bit. But it is not super noticeable. The last thing is that the shoes don’t have a cushion for your feet inside. So under that soft fur, it is flat and kind of hard. But there is an easy fix to that problem: in many shoe stores, you can buy shoe insoles and/or shoe inserts which you can put inside the boots as cushions. So problem fixed and it becomes extra comfy. Overall, These are minor problems. So I am still very happy with my purchase.
looks like the pic but came with a crease and even tho i size up a half size the feel kind of exact to my normal size with thick socks on but maybe with thin socks they should be fine..definstely at least get a half size up you can probably even get a whole size up…but good clean shoes for the price
